We were not meant to work or do life alone. Yet, many women remain isolated and alone. Why is that? We falsely believe before we can be successful, we have to get it together before we can offer the world our expertise, we have to fix ourselves before we can move from indecisiveness to action,…
Hi. I’m Kelley Rakow, Master Lifestyle Coach. I teach, guide, and support entrepreneurial and working women who desire optimal health and freedom.
I coach women to greater health and freedom in their vibrant, gorgeous lives.
I work with Boss Lady Entrepreneurs and working women who are growing businesses and impacting the world at the expense of their health. Together, we uncover how to pursue magnificence in all areas of life AND have optimal health.
I teach women to prioritize and covet their health as the greatest business asset they own. I am passionate about helping women understand they will not maximize their potential if they are depleted, unhealthy, anxious, and alone. I coach women how to grow their business, improve their health, feel amazing in their bodies, and experience freedom to live joyfully.
Kelley Rakow’s ability to teach and help others obtain skills needed for strength and improved nutrition, along with mental focus and self-confidence helped me achieve my goals in all areas of my life. I had no idea how my life would change as a result of Kelley’s coaching. Today, I am vibrant, healthy, strong, energized and know I can do or be anything. I truly have the utmost confidence in Kelley's ability to teach, support, and nurture you to become better in all areas of life.
I approached Kelley a few years ago to help me with a new weight loss journey. Let me tell you this; you will NEVER and I mean NEVER find someone more genuinely interested in you and helping you meet your goals. I mean this woman sincerely cares about you and knows how to show it. Not only did she care about me but gave me tools to use for a lifetime. I highly recommend working with her in any way possible. You will not regret having Kelley in your life.
The day of reckoning came for me when I looked down and my belly rolls were resting on my legs. I met Kelley Rakow shortly after. Upon meeting her, two things were evident – she was serious about her commitment to my wellness and she genuinely cared about me as an individual. While Kelley’s impact on my life far surpasses my physical health, the journey started there. Within 12 weeks she had assisted me in losing 9 pounds and 6 inches. I was amazed that such drastic change could happen so quickly. A couple years later and as a mom in my 40s with teenagers I had gone from not having enough energy to do the dishes at night to being able to complete 14 foot rope climbs and finish my first triathlon. Kelley’s commitment to coaching me not only to wellness, but strength beyond what I’d ever thought possible completed part 1 of our journey together. Part 2 took us into much deeper places and we examined my effectiveness as a leader; my struggles with employees, and other relationships. Kelley’s willingness to share her wisdom, her knowledge, and her passion for wellness with me has revolutionized my life. She has helped me to take hold of all that God has for me and challenged me to not settle for less than optimal wellness in every area of my life. I’m blessed to have been able to benefit from her calling. I’m thrilled that she has decided to extend her life changing influence to so many others.
10 years ago, I was out of shape, burned out, and in need of a lifestyle change. I found Kelley Rakow and our coaching relationship began. Kelley’s knowledge and expertise in the fields of training and nutrition helped me reclaim a healthy body and mind– strong, confident, and fit. I was full of energy and able to tackle mental projects at work and physical projects at home with no problem. What began as a coach/student relationship with Kelley has grown over the years into so much more. Of course she instructed and counseled me thru the various aspects of my physical training, getting down to what my real body issues and challenges were, figuring out how to modify and adapt so that I got the best results possible. But my experience with Kelley goes deeper than that. She’s always concerned about how I’m feeling, what stresses and problems I’m dealing with in life and how I’m taking care of “me”. She has a quiet wisdom about her; she’s a listener and thinker. You always feel that when you are talking with Kelley, she is completely focused on you, listening to your every word, mulling it around in her head. I have watched her juggle her roles as a working woman, mother, wife, and countless others - but Kelley is a master of balance, making it all seem effortless. I’m blessed to have her in my life not only as a coach, but more importantly, as a friend.
I have been a client of Kelley’s for four years. I came to her after a serious health issue, personal loss, and a desire to be stronger. Through physical strength, I found mental, spiritual, and emotional strength like I never knew. She taught me to believe in myself and inspired a new level of self-confidence. She showed me how to set goals and put a plan in place to achieve them. When I started with Kelley my purpose was to achieve a stronger body. It was the mental and spiritual strength that happened without me really thinking about it. That’s what makes being with her unique; she is genuinely interested in your whole being. Her delivery, the methods she chooses, and the way she articulates ideas are skills that separate her from any other coach. If you want to be inspired to truly become a better version of yourself, work with Kelley. She exudes an infectious confidence to those around her, simply by her actions and words. I consider myself blessed to know her and call her my coach and my friend. I am grateful she is beside me on my journey.
I sought out Kelley in desperation. At 57, I felt fat, tired, and sad. My body ached. At the conclusion of our Introductory Session, she encouraged me to begin working out. It was a love affair from the start. Kelley encouraged all my efforts at ``getting fit``. She made me realize exercise, nutrition and life was really about what I could do; not what I couldn’t. My favorite words she gave me are “good-better-best”! I still hear them in my head as I strive daily to be good, do better, and strive for my best Thank you, Kelley, for all the inspiration. You’re a star!
